I'm sure that this is a subject that easily can start a flame war.

Personally, I find this feature (somewhat like 'sloppy focus') very usefull 
for my daily development tasks where I can easily have several windows opened 
at the same time. 

However, takes a little to get used to this window focus behavior (and worst 
if U came from the Windows world).
