It was the first thing that i did :) Hardware was checked and it does not look like it's a hardware problem. Mark Knoop saw a "kernel: PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #6:8000@e0000000 for 0000:02:08.0" message which i missed in my boot logfile. 02:08.0 - it's my RAID bus controller: Adaptec AAC-RAID (rev 01) Can all this be a driver problem?
