Well, is not "the bug". There are some bugs on various areas. Most probably, you will not find one. And if you find one, you can quickly find the solution just by googling. But do not concentrate on that, just install your fedora and feel the experience (you'll not have regrets) with your very own hands! Solving an issue like a bug is the best way of learning. Not just on Fedora. Other distros or operating system brands have bugs, also. I believe they have more bugs.
