latest FC6 gphoto2 breaks comms with camera

hi all,

The last two upgrades of gphoto2 breaks communications with my camera. My camera is a Canon A430.

Comms with the A430 works fine with the core gphoto2 release gphoto2-2.2.0-2.1. Updates to either of gphoto2-2.3.1-1 or gphoto2-2.3.1-3 render defunct comms. The symptom is that when the camera is plugged in, the camera dialogue pops up. Select import, and then, whilst loading the driver library, the load hangs at about 98%, and eventually fails with "PTP Error"

Reversion back to the FC6 core release drivers reinstates successful comms.

Anyone else seeing this? ... I have filed a bug report.

Brian
