Is fedora supposed to work with the LSI logic MPT scsi controller
embedded in IBM xserve 225's? I had FC5 running on one but it hasn't
booted with any kernel update past 2.6.16.2133_FC5smp. I thought I'd
just let it go until the next version, but FC6 won't work either. It
detects/partitions OK but when it starts formatting, the error log on
the alt-F4 screen starts reporting scsi errors and the format never
completes. The same box installs/runs Centos 4.x with a 2.6.9.x kernel
with no errors. Is this a known problem?
