The cElementTree python module is provided by the python-elementtree,
which is required by yum:

$ rpm -q --whatrequires python-elementtree
yum-3.0.3-1.fc6.noarch

Do you have python-elementtree installed?  If so, does rpm -V say
anything is wrong with it?  (rpm -V python-elementtree)
