If install the most recent from extras I have no mp3 support, but if I install the audacity-non free from livna I get an I/O error on audio devices (recording/playback may be disallowed) and if I go into the Preferences table I have no choice of playback device and recording device. Audacity works if I disable the system sounds in System/Preferences. On another system it works also if system is not disabled. Any comment?? Tnx -- Antonio Montagnani Skype : antoniomontag
