There was a big writeup about that, air-flow strategies with regards to clusters in Linux Magazine about a year ago. Lotsa good electrical wiring advice as well. They recommended each machine have it's own line to reduce line noise, in the conduit. Proper grounding is essential. But the biggie was getting the heat out.
