No it still overrides /usr/lib/libLG.so.* from the mesa-libGL package,
as well as an extension of xorg-x11-server-Xorg if i'm not mistaken.
Once you understand what NVIDIA's installer script does exactly and
learn how to use it's command-line options, it's actually pretty
reliable. Just watch out for fedora mesa-libGL updates...
