Configuring a window without scrollbars

I often must run Windows in VMWare. As my screen is 768*1024
resolution and the virtual windows is also 768*1024 I'd like to run it
in full screen. However, in VMWare's fullscreen (as configured in
windows.vmx) it appears with 60 hZ refresh rate, and when the window
is full-sized by F11 it appears fine but the scrollbars reduce the
size of the visible window. So I'd like to make it run fullscreen with
no scrollbars. I though that I could configure that by clicking on the
special menu on the toolbar, which allows for individual window
configuration, but I did not see how to configure "no scrollbars". How
is this done, then?

I'm on KDE 3.5.5 in FC6. Thanks in advance.
