Yes:

$ rpm -qa | grep -i korea
fonts-korean-1.0.11-9.1.1
kde-i18n-Korean-3.5.5-0.1.fc6

$ rpm -qa | grep -i hang
scim-hangul-0.2.2-7.fc6

Is the problem, perhaps, that I'm running XFCE ?
