Another option not mentioned by others is by means of a so-called KVM
cable (KVM = keyboard, video, mouse). It is a Y-shaped device that
allows you to switch between two PCs which are adjacent to each other.
One keyboard, screen, mouse for two computers. It works very well for
managing otherwise "headless" boxes.

They start at about €25.
