I forgot to tell you that you can also use:

ssh user@machineB command

Just like this:

[root@Arbusto ~]# ssh manu@xxxxxxxxxxxx uptime
manu@xxxxxxxxxxxx's password: 
 18:25:32  up 20:50,  0 users,  load average: 0.08, 0.02, 0.01
