All attempts at a system restore or rollback are squawked about because 
the machine was incomplete because the machine was shut down improperly.  
But guess what?  They've always shut it down via the shutdown buttons in 
windows, I'm the only one that has ever used the power switch in that 
manner, and then only when booted to a live cd.  If that's improper, then 
somebody tell me why, please.
