For FC6 and on, gecko-libs is provided from the firefox programs. For earlier distro versions, mozilla provides the needed required libraries. rpm -q --whatprovides gecko-libs firefox-2.0-2.fc7 This is development. You can check on your system which program is providing the libs for yelp and devehelp.
