many of us are running the flash_player_9 beta version.

Nowhere does it say what your issues are but generally having
libflashplayer.so in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins should be sufficient for
it to work

If you install that, make sure you do not get multiple versions installed. Firefox will allow it, but it does not work very well.
