yum returns: Existing lock /var/run/yum.pid: another copy is running. Aborting. I issue ps -A and there is a process "yum-updatesd" that I killed but yum produces the same message. I issue ps -A |grep 11869 and I kill 11869. Then I re-issue the yum install php-mysql and after a few lines of "good" messages it says: Resolving Dependencies --> Populating transaction set with selected packages. Please wait. ---> Package php-mysql.i386 0:5.1.6-3.1.fc6 set to be updated --> Running transaction check --> Processing Dependency: php = 5.1.6-3.1.fc6 for package: php-mysql --> Finished Dependency Resolution Error: Missing Dependency: php = 5.1.6-3.1.fc6 is needed by package php-mysql I check the version with rpm -qa |grep php and... php-5.1.6-3.3.fc6 How can I instal the php-mysql?
