Weird, I don't see those options listed.

$ ivtvctl -h | grep bitrate

draws a blank. Trying something like this:

$ ivtvctl set-bitrate 1Mbps

doesn't work.

Which version of ivtv do you have? I have v0.8.1 installed via the atrpms RPM.
