Samba can't find my "users" group. And when I do "groups" it doesn't show
up here either. It was added using system-config-users
I actually removed the existing group and replaced it with the
system-config-users generated one.
This problem has only manifested itself today, it was previously working
fine.
What I want is for this to work:
[mp3]
comment = Music
path = /var/webs/mp3
public = yes
read only = yes
write list = @users
force group = users
force user = nobody
What I've had to do is this:
[mp3]
comment = Music
path = /var/webs/mp3
public = yes
read only = yes
write list = scott <=== (@users doesn't seem to work either here)
force user = nobody
Have I done something wrong? Or is there a bug? Or has something changed
in the way the config works?
