(23:04:16:davej@firewall:~)$ uname -r
2.6.18-1.2849.fc6
(23:04:16:davej@firewall:~)$ modinfo toshiba_acpi

Looks to be there to me.
Strange. What does rpm -q --whatprovides
/lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2849.fc6/kernel/drivers/acpi/toshiba_acpi.ko show?
On two separate clean installs on machines of mine:
$ uname -r
2.6.18-1.2849.fc6
$ modinfo toshiba_acpi
modinfo: could not find module toshiba_acpi
$ locate toshiba_acpi
$
$ ls -1 /lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2849.fc6/kernel/drivers/acpi/
ac.ko
battery.ko
button.ko
dock.ko
i2c_ec.ko
sbs.ko
video.ko
