a quick thing would be either install a crontab which does this and archives this information in a common shared location or a quick script which rsh/ssh to the remote machines and runs these commands and stores the output to a meaningful titled files.
yes - i tried all that but the issue was that it would not write to the remote filesystem using a cron - not sure why.
In the end i installed dstat and this does everything i need and more and using 1 tool rather than 3.
