TeXmacs does not currently build on FC6. The problem is the version of
guile distributed with FC6. It is 1.8 and TeXmacs dosen't correctly
compile with it. See for example:

I could bundle an old version with it, but I am not sure this is a good
solution, and anyways I haven't got around to do it yet.
