Perhaps I'm wrong in my assumption: are you interested in copying you amatorial video DVD? In this case, what I've stated before is ok for you.
If you are talking of a standard DVD video, the layout consist in two directories, named audio_ts and video_ts.
Because the standard video DVD format MPEG-2 consists in containers with imbedded audio and video, the audio_ts directory is normally void. All the stuff are contained in the video_ts directory.
Again speakìng of video DVD, the format is differen from that of a data DVD: even if you put in this only two directories audio_ts and video_ts with the data inside, your player refuse to play the resulting disc.
