Hello,
When I insert my WPC11 wieless pcmcia card, FC5 can detect it. But I

has drivers?

Yes and no.
If you see the device via a new eth1 or whatever, then yes the card is
supported by the kernel. However, many wireless 'g' cards need firmware
to work. This firmware needs to be placed in /lib/firmware with exactness.
Some firmware files are available easily from driver CDROMs and others
need extraction tools to get from the CDROM.
The information needed, as in all issues related to wireless NICs, is:
# lspci
Look for lines that look similar to:
0c:00.0 Network controller: ...
That line tells you what chipset the card is using.
Given that, a quick search of google will get you firmware options for
that NIC.
