Problems with Dual Head

Greetings:

I have a dual head display on my FC6 box. When I move my mouse to the
2nd screen the cursor doesn't update its shape. As an example when I
move over a link on a browser it is supposed to turn into a little hand
(but it doesn't). If I move to the edge of a window to drag it "jumps"
where it should change shape, it appears the OS changes its shape and
size but the screen never updates it.

This is really annoying, if anyone has a solution I would be appreciate
it, I have an ATI dual head card and 2 digital monitors.

Troy
