[SOLVED] Re: AIGLX issue

I added both "AddARGBGLXVisuals" and "DisableGLXRootClipping" to "True"
in the Screen section of my xorg.conf but I added them at the same time
so I don't know if one, the other, or both are needed.

However, I had to do one more thing to get it to work. I came across
some forum post which stated you should reinstall the nvidia drivers
(nvidia-installer) whenever X gets upgraded. This is what finally got
everything working properly.

Thanks,
Richard

SHAPE library missing.

Try adding:

Load "extmod"

to your xorg.con to see if that fixes.

Tried that, got rid of the "SHAPES" issue but now I'm getting the

compiz: No GLXFBConfig for default depth, this isn't going to work.
compiz: Failed to manage screen: 0

I've got my DefaultDepth set to 24...

Thanks,
Richard
compiz: No manageable screens found on display :0.0
