	I'll assume that you are using KDE (as most people using Kmail do) so
you probably can't find that menu.  You can run the program
"gnome-default-applications-properties" which will let you do the same
thing.  This program works for Firefox, but I am not sure it will work
for Konqueror or not, but there was an answer for this that was
specifically kde, so you may want to check the archives if this solution
doesn't do it for you.
