it appears that there is some kind of conflict between packages,
repositories.
Your vcdimager is from freshrpms repo but it seems to want some version
of libcdio that it isn't finding.
Try removing vcdimager package (rpm -e vcdimager) and then reinstalling
after removing the exclude entry and doing the update

Thanks Craig, but that didn't work either. Unless I'm supposed to remove
the dependencies as well?

Thanks Craig. That seems to have cleared the error. I had to remove the
xine-lib-extras-nonfree as well. Now no errors. It also had the
unfortunate effect of killing xine. Now off to fix that.
