performance if you did, IMHO.
I noticed no difference in performance. I am sure there is probably
some, but think describing this as "a ton of performance" is wrong.
This was FC5 on a AMD Atholon 3200+, btw.

FWIW, I see a ton of difference on my 3500+, between FC5 64-bit and 32
bit. But then I switched to gentoo on this box and there's really no
comparison.
