Why do you want to install from source? It is already packaged as an
RPM for FC6.
This sound great, much better than under FC4 ... are you talking about
vpnc-0-0.3.3-13.fc6?

It's also integrated with NetworkManager: install NetworkManager-vpnc.

Note that it has a habit of dropping connections every so often.

If you want to compile the cisco package, you will have to edit the code and remove the offending '#include <config.h>' or '#include <linux/config.h' lines.
