You can try this: cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf | sed -n '/Section.*\"Device/,/EndSection/ s/.*/&/p' | grep Driver or run system-config-display and click on the Hardware tab, then the Configure... button for "Video Card".
If you don't know, then odds are you're using the 'nv' X driver.
