FC6 and ATI breaks mplayer xv

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

  Hello all,
            I have a laptop with ATI X300 and FC6. The xorg.conf is
minimal, but requests the fgl driver from livna.

I get an error in Xorg.0.log:
(EE) AIGLX: Screen 0 is not DRI capable
But that seems to me well known.

However, I also have no 3D graphics or xv in mplayer. These were fine
with FC5.

e.g. fglf_glxgears gives:
Using GLX_SGIX_pbuffer
X Error of failed request: GLXUnsupportedPrivateRequest
Major opcode of failed request: 143 (GLX)
Minor opcode of failed request: 16 (X_GLXVendorPrivate)
Serial number of failed request: 27
Current serial number in output stream: 29

Can anyone suggest how to debug?
    Thank you,
            Bill
