/etc/yum.conf must be listing all these repos along with /etc/yum.repo.d/fedora-*. Either remove repos conf files under /etc/yum.repo.d/ or hash enteries in yum.conf file. BTW yumdownloader do not download sources (atleast do not work for me) ...
