Not ckermit (which was the version in FC5), by the looks of things:

There was an exception to allow Linux distributions to distribute
ckermit as part of an Open Source operating system, but Livna isn't an
operating system.

Of course, they could ask for an exemption.

(This was one of the reasons why ckermit wasn't Open Source enough for
Fedora Core).
