All "ht" proves is that it's got the structures to find out how many logical processors there are per physical core (in this case, one). Intel's description of various Pentium 4 processors, http://indigo.intel.com/compare_cpu/default.aspx?familyID=1 , calls it an "Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor", not an "Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor Supporting Hyper-Threading Technology".
