CIFS problem under kernel-2.6.18-1.2200.fc5

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello world,

I cannot mount CIFS filesystems under kernel-2.6.18-1.2200.fc5:

# mount.cifs //server/directory /cifs
CIFS VFS: Send error in SessSetup = -13
 CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -13
mount error 13 = Permission denied
Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g.man mount.cifs)
#

This used to work under all previous kernel versions. Google didn't help much.

Any ideas? Thanks for your help,
     --Georg
