Hello,

the following error happened after upgrading to kernel
2.6.18-1.2200.fc5:

kernel: hda: status timeout: status=0x80 { Busy }
kernel: ide: failed opcode was: unknown
kernel: hda: DMA disabled
kernel: hdb: DMA disabled
kernel: hda: drive not ready for command
kernel: ide0: reset: success

This problem never happens under the previous kernel 2.6.17-1.2187_FC5.
Is this a known problem of the new kernel?

My system:

kernel: hda: WDC WD800JB-00JJC0, ATA DISK drive
kernel: hdb: SAMSUNG SV1533D, ATA DISK drive

class: IDE
desc: "Intel Corporation 82371AB/EB/MB PIIX4 IDE"

Intel Corporation 440BX/ZX/DX - 82443BX/ZX/DX Host bridge"

regards
Olaf
