This is not an attempt to answer your question but really a look
at your problem from another angle. Your subject says Verizon.
My question is what are the bluetooth profiles allowed by Verizon
on your device and is OBEX one of them? Verizon are notorious
for locking down their fones and only allowing connection to them
thru their Get It Now stuff.
