You will have to open ports in your router to get azureus to work
properly.  Depending on your model of router open the web interface
usually if you type 192.168.1.1 you will get the web interface for your
router.  Look for something like applications/gaming and/or port range
forward.  Once you find that you should be able to type in the
application in this case azureus and the port range in this case it
would be port 21734 and you want both tcp and upd enabled.  Hope this helps.
