Not specific to Fedora, but perhaps there are more folks on here
that can explain this. I'm trying to figure out the CIDR mask or bits
for a particular network. Specifically: 219.128.0.0 - 219.137.255.255
Now, 219.128.0.0/13 (or 255.248.0.0) gives me a range of
219.128.0.0 - 219.135.255.255
And 219.128.0.0/12 (or 255.240.0.0) gives me a range of
219.128.0.0 - 219.143.255.255
So how do I get the specific range in question (where it ends at
219.137.255.255)
