I installed the previous update of pango over the new one with rpm --upgrade --oldpackage pango*.rpm after this the gnome desktop was not starting up at all. I found out that libpangocairo.so was mssing. so I fixed it with reinstalling cairo with rpm --upgrade --force cairo-1.0.4-1.i386.rpm Now everything seems right. However I'm not sure if I did not break more packages (apart from cairo) Jouk Bush : All votes are equal but some votes are more equal than others. >------------------------------------------------------------------------------< Jouk Jansen joukj@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Technische Universiteit Delft tttttttttt uu uu ddddddd Kavli Institute of Nanoscience tttttttttt uu uu dd dd Nationaal centrum voor HREM tt uu uu dd dd Lorentzweg 1 tt uu uu dd dd 2628 CJ Delft tt uu uu dd dd Nederland tt uu uu dd dd tel. 31-15-2782272 tt uuuuuuu ddddddd >------------------------------------------------------------------------------< -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list
