No, yum install binary packages only and the Postfix binary package shipped with Fedora Core is compiled without MySQL support as the maintainer decided to keep it lighter (= without dependency for MySQL). I think to remember that an RFE in bugzilla for shipping Postfix with MySQL map support was answered in this way.
