Which libsepol do you currently have, if any?

$ rpm -q --qf '%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}.%{ARCH}\n' libsepol

Try:

# yum update libsepol

See if that works, and if so, retry your yum install kmod-nvidia.
