Try :
yum whatprovides 'perl(Image::Magick)'
and you can find "ImageMagick-perl"

unaware of. Well, I was aware of whatprovides, but not the
'perl(Image::Magick)' portion.

You could even save yourself a step:
# yum install 'perl(Image::Magick)'
