Let me be more clearerer. I want to limit the number of connections from
me to a particular server to be no more than 4. I do not have a problem
with too many incoming connections. My problem is that I am getting 400
series codes when I try to deliver mail to one SMTP server because they
are limiting me to a max of 4 connections.
