Mysterious Crashes

Hi! I use FC5 with the most recent updates. Since I updated (yesterday), Kmail has been flaky and OOo just crashed and gave me this:

I am no debug expert, so I really have no idea what that means. OOo has never (in the past 3 years) done this, so something must be seriously screwed up. What should I do? Thanks!
