I have the PCI version which works fine with FC1,2,3, and 5 on this machine.

00:0f.0 Ethernet controller: 3Com Corporation 3c905C-TX/TX-M [Tornado] (rev 
6c)

All kernels, including the latest on FC5 give no problems, and the planetccrma 
kernels on the other FC5 install likewise.
