Putting the program in system32 is a hack to avoid having to put it's
folder on the search path or having to type the full path to the program.

Rather than use the Run dialog, you should use the Command Prompt (Start ->
Accessories -> Command Prompt) so that you can easily start from the proper
working directory, so that the glob ("*.iso") will find the files.

Use the "cd" command to change to the directory the .iso's are in.  The TAB
key will cycle through names that match the part of the path you have typed
so far.
