Which is a spec file, to tell the rpmbuild -ta command (and parameters)
how to build the package to an end rpm.
If you want to use the spec file then you would have to uncompress the
file and take the specfile . Then the command goes :
# rpmbuild -ba *.spec ( *.spec , is a spec file ).
