I'm going to try and be helpful instead, since it is evident the OP may
not have strong English skills...

We'll assume the actual question is, "What is the best Linux
certificate?"

That leads to the question, "What is the best Linux certification?" The
are good arguments for more than one. However, if I were going after
one, my first choice would be the RHCE. Others do have their merits, but
this one is consistently well recognized.
